Berry is run by [COMPANY]. This page says what Berry does with your information and your clients' information.

What Berry reads

Berry runs on the shop owner's iPhone and sees incoming Messages notifications so it can answer clients. It checks each one on the phone first. Family, friends and other personal chats are not sent to any AI model.

What goes to OpenAI

To write a reply, Berry sends the client's texts and the shop's details to OpenAI through our server. We tell OpenAI not to keep a stored copy. Our server does not log the content of these requests.

What we store

We store your Sign in with Apple account and records of Berry's conversations, including message text, with our database provider, Supabase. We keep these records for up to one year.

Booking links

After a booking, Berry can text the client a private link. The page shows their first name, the service, price, time and the shop's address. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it with care. These pages are kept out of search engines.

Deleting your data

Shop owners can delete their account in the app's Settings. That deletes their stored records and ends their Sign in with Apple connection. Clients can ask the shop, or write to us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
