What Berry does

Berry answers your clients' texts from your own number and books them on your calendar. It sends these texts on your behalf.

Your part

You're responsible for your client relationships, your phone number and the shop details you give Berry. You also agree to use Berry lawfully, including the rules on texting your clients.

Berry can make mistakes

Berry uses AI, and it can get things wrong. Keep an eye on your conversations and calendar, and step in when you need to.

Stopping

You can stop anytime by deleting your account in the app's Settings. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
